They make me vaguely anxious - probably because they look unbalanced.

They look totally unbalanced, but I couldn't find anyone saying they actually felt that way. No reports of some major star or model flubbing it in them either. Victoria Beckham wore a pair for an entire event evening and no cameras caught her falling. :/
