Wow, I love those Whyred boots. I wish my mind could grasp the concept of how that zipper works though, hahah.

You zip it in a circle rather than a straight line. Like say a jacket that's in two parts and you zip it together - you do the same here. (easier imagined if the boot-parts are lying down and you have the zip in front of you)

The zip-off boot is pretty fabulous, even if the zipper-as-design-element thing is a little overplayed at this point.

*nods* usually though the zipper has been only a design accessory rather than useful - I like that they used the zipper to make two kinds of boots here :)
