Beige is too dull to have a week all to itself, so I'm happy to see it put in with brown. It's the metallics I'm wondering about. Do you think we need a week devoted to bronze and gold and silver?

Yes, week of metallics please. I've seen some really interesting ones, maybe more iridescent than pure metallic but they'd fit in.
