I think I like the ones in the middle best, I like that metallic (?) leather toe with the white.

The middle pair are lovely, but they also have the air of a dangerous impulse purchase about them. I absolutely loved the pic when I first saw it, but since then I've had moments when I thought they looked terribly wal-mart...metallics are always risky that way.
