They hit the cute with the bow and the frilly bits. But they're this muted green instead of a knock yer socks off green. So yeah, I could see these working with some up town looks. :)

I love the pleated effect too; it's subtle but really adds to the overall look.

Occasionally, I can channel my inner fashionista commentator!
They don't even look really pleated, maybe more like an intentional mistake but still totally an eye catcher.
