I think they might work with a tulle skirt and a black leather motorcycle jacket, but not everyone could pull it off.

I think they would work on someone who was gorgeous to begin with, but otherwise would be very, very risky.

I am not always guided by other people's judgements, but I care quite a lot about what other people think, at least in the sense that I value other people's ideas and input. I like to be open to other viewpoints and to keep an open mind. It keeps me from becoming a slave to my own sense of aesthetics.
